Recipe looks great!! Do I use a bread loaf pan. I am making this right now. I just put it in the oven and the sauce is so GOOD! This recipe was soooo yummy!! The sauce has a very similar taste to the macaroni and cheese I get at one of my favorite vegan restaurants, so it was a total hit in my household! The only thing I will say is that it was a little salty for me and I love salt!
